We can provide assistance with the sale and purchase of commercial property.  This may involve liaising with the property manager, Body Corporate manager, tenant or landlord, solicitors acting for the vendor or purchaser.

Incidental to this sale and purchase is commercial financing.  We will need to liaise with your Bank/ mortgagee regarding the loan and security documentation, complete the necessary loan and security documentation as required by the Bank’s instructions to secure funding for the purchase or attend to the repayment of your loan and security obligations if you are selling.


We can advise on the sale and purchase aspects of your business.  From drafting agreements to buy and sell together with further terms, liaising if required with the solicitors acting for the vendor or purchaser, solicitors acting for the landlord to secure landlord’s consent to an assignment of lease if required through to when the contract is unconditional.

Once the contract is unconditional, this may involve liaising with the Bank/ mortgagee regarding their loan and security requirements to secure funding to purchase or obtaining the necessary discharges or releases to sell; liaising with the business creditors which hold security interests regarding their requirements to discharge their security interests; preparation of lease documentation; any other settlement documentation incidental to the sale and purchase of business.
